Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions, based in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver tailored HR solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong client relationships. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience required.
• Experience with various HRIS and payroll platforms preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive- and Elite-tier HR-centric clients with emphasis on HR compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on employment laws and multi-state payroll regulations.
• Develop and implement HR tools and programs such as handbooks, job descriptions, compensation and PTO plans.
• Resolve employee relations matters and investigations with documentation and follow-up.
• Regularly document client interactions in HRIS and monitor service delivery.
