Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; 3–5 years HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms; proficient in MS Office.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partner with executive clients with emphasis on HR compliance.
• Provide guidance on state and federal employment and payroll regulations.
• Develop and implement HR tools, handbooks, job descriptions, and onboarding.
• Resolve complex employee relations matters with documentation.
