Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to deliver tailored HR solutions for diverse clients. This role emphasizes compliance with employment laws, strategic advisory, and proactive client support.

The HRBP will resolve complex employee relations matters, implement HR programs, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting across multiple states. On-site presence is required with occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HR experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive-level HR clients to ensure compliance and best practice.
• Provide guidance on employment issues, investigations, coaching, and policy development.
• Develop HR tools such as handbooks, job descriptions, and onboarding processes.
• Document client interactions and manage data within HRIS systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to manage escalations and service plans.
• Monitor SLAs and deliverables while maintaining client satisfaction.
