Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to deliver tailored HR solutions, drive client success, retention, and growth. The role resolves complex issues, ensures employment-law compliance, and builds trusted client relationships with rigorous standards.

The HRBP will advise on investigations, coaching, leaves of absence, terminations, and develop HR tools and programs, collaborating across industries and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3-5 years HR experience required.
• Experience with MS Office, HRIS and payroll platforms.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; occasional travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive- and Elite-tier HR-centric clients, focusing on HR compliance.
• Provide guidance on state and federal employment and payroll regulations (multi-state).
• Develop and implement HR tools and programs such as handbooks, job descriptions, compensation and PTO plans.
• Resolve complex employee relations matters and investigations with documented consultation.
• Advise on investigations, coaching, leaves of absence, terminations and related matters.
