Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage lease administration for large, global accounts. You will serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, oversee rent presentment and payments, and ensure accurate lease data and billing in the portfolio management system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with global accounts and large portfolios (1000+ leases) preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS lease accounting standards and ASC 842.
• Proficiency with lease databases and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration functions and client/vendor relationships.
• Oversee lease data, rent calculations, and billings per contracts.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and rent schedules.
• Coordinate with global team and drive client governance and reviews.
