Job summary

Colliers in the United States is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to lead lease administration for global accounts, focusing on rent presentment and payments while ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.

You will manage client governance, produce periodic reports, track expirations, and collaborate with global teams to uphold contract requirements and GAAP/IFRS compliance. This role supports remote-friendly, multi-location work across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Proficiency with lease databases and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements, scope, billing, and payee information in WorkTrac.
• Produce portfolio updates, key metrics, and performance reports for clients.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs, reporting cadence, and business reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates, and other critical lease information.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure services per contract and client requirements.
• Prepare lease-related financial statements, reconciliations, and monthly rental schedules.
• Assist with transitions, onboarding, and maintaining playbooks for accounts.
