Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to lead lease administration for medium to large, often global accounts. You will manage client relationships, ensure accurate lease data, and drive governance programs with a focus on rent presentment and payments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Working experience with CRE database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan, or other portfolio management systems.
• Expertise on multi-line global accounts with 1,000+ leases within a global account management structure.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding global lease administration matters.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements including scope, fee structure, billing frequency and payee information in WorkTrac.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to present portfolio updates, metrics, and reports.
• Develop governance programs such as reporting cadence and business reviews.
• Track expirations and option exercise dates; communicate critical information.
• Oversee and ensure global team delivers services per client contracts.
• Prepare and present lease-related financial statements and monthly rental schedules.
