Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration for large, complex accounts. You will oversee client governance, data integrity, and monthly rent-related actions while coordinating with a global team and vendors.

Remote-friendly role requiring strong attention to lease terms, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and proficiency with CRE databases. Excellent communication and project management are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease admin or related fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar.
• Experience with CRE databases such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan.

Aufgaben

• Serve as main client and internal stakeholder contact for global lease administration matters.
• Maintain understanding of client lease agreements, scope of work, billing, and contact details.
• Lead portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reporting for clients.
• Develop governance programs: cadence, communications, and business reviews.
• Track expirations, option exercise dates, and critical information.
• Oversee global team's adherence to client processes and contracts.
• Present to clients for new business pitches and onboarding.
