Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relations, and centralization of schedules and reports. You will work with a global team to ensure accurate rent presentment, payments, and contractual compliance in a predominantly remote setup across multiple US locations.

The role requires 5+ years in lease administration or related accounting, experience with major CRE database systems, and strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS.

Formación

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with global accounts and high-complexity leases.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and lease accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main client contact for global lease administration matters.
• Maintain lease data, billing, and contractual details in WorkTrac.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and governance programs for clients.
• Track expirations, options, and critical lease dates.
• Manage client escalations and coordinate with global teams.
• Review invoices, pass-throughs, and landlord recoveries for accuracy.
