Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and centralized reporting. The role focuses on rent presentment, payments, and ensuring contract compliance across large, complex accounts in a remote-capable setting.

You will coordinate with global teams, lead governance programs, and deliver regular portfolio updates and financial statements. Relevant CRE databases and GAAP/IFRS knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with CRE database applications (Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan).
• Expertise managing multi-line global accounts (1,000+ leases) in a global framework.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with GAAP/IFRS accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Understand client objectives, portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contract data, scope of work, billing, and pass-throughs in systems.
• Conduct regular client meetings to present updates, metrics, and reports.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs including cadence and reviews.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information.
• Manage escalations and resolve issues on a timely basis.
• Oversee global team performance and adherence to client processes and contracts.
• Assist with new business pitches and transition onboarding for new accounts.
• Prepare lease-related financial statements, schedules, and reconciliations.
