You will oversee billing, vendor management, and financial statements, while supporting audits and onboarding for major accounts. Prior experience in CRE lease administration and IFRS/GAAP knowledge is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with global accounts and large lease portfolios.
• Familiarity with US GAAP/IFRS lease accounting principles.
• Proficient with portfolio management databases and MS Office.
• Ability to work remotely with strong time management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as main client and stakeholder contact for global lease matters.
• Maintain client contracts, scope, billing and payee info in WorkTrac.
• Lead regular client reviews, governance and reporting cadence.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease data.
• Oversee billing accuracy and pass-through expenses per contract.
• Manage vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare lease-related financial statements and reconciliations.
• Support audits and account onboarding transitions.
