Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to manage global lease administration for medium to large accounts, with emphasis on rent presentment and payments. The role supports remote teams and requires strong governance and client-facing skills.

You will oversee data integrity in lease systems, generate reports, and partner with vendors. This role offers remote work options across various US locations and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with global accounts and high complexity lease management.
• Familiarity with US GAAP ASC 842 and IFRS 16 preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for global lease administration matters.
• Maintain client contracts, scope, billing and payee information in WorkTrac.
• Lead portfolio updates, metrics reviews, and performance reporting.
• Track expirations, option dates and critical lease data.
• Manage vendor relations and validate lease-related invoices.
• Prepare lease-related financial statements and reconciliations.
• Oversee global team delivery and ensure contract compliance.
• Support new business pitches and account onboarding.
