Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to manage global lease administration, client relationships, and associated reporting across medium to large, complex accounts. You will oversee contract data, billing, and payment processes within a global team, ensuring accuracy and timely escalations.

The role emphasizes remote work with international locations, adherence to US GAAP/IFRS 16, and governance of lease-related financial statements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience managing global lease administration for large accounts.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS 16 in lease accounting.
• Proficient with lease database systems (Visual Lease, WorkTrac, ProLease, etc.).
• Remote work capability and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding global lease administration matters.
• Understand client objectives, real estate portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain lease contracts in the system with accurate scope, fees, and payment details.
• Conduct regular client meetings to present portfolio updates and reports.
• Develop governance programs including reporting cadence and business reviews.
• Track expirations, options, and critical lease dates.
• Oversee validation of invoices and reconciliation of rent payments.
