Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related accounting fields.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar.
• Experience with CRE databases such as Visual Lease, ProLease, WorkTrac is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease matters.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements including scope, fees, billing, and payee info in systems.
• Produce portfolio updates, key metrics, and performance reports in regular reviews.
• Develop client governance programs with reporting cadence and communication channels.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate vendor management and ensure invoices align with lease terms and charges.
• Prepare lease-related financial statements and monthly rental schedules.
