Qualificações

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services technology organizations in the US.
• Proven track record of leading architecture-driven fintech engagements end to end.
• Hands-on understanding of fintech platforms including mobile money, digital wallets, and API ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as the lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech environments.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, digital wallets, and payment platforms.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability.
• Build technical narratives that connect capability to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses that differentiate us.
• Ensure smooth handovers to delivery with cross-team collaboration.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
• Create reusable technical assets like reference architectures and demo environments.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales and partner-led engagements.
