Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect to join our US team. You will design and articulate scalable fintech solutions—across mobile money, digital wallets, and payments—while partnering with customers to drive architectural decisions and business value.

You will lead end-to-end presales activities, create compelling narratives, and ensure successful handovers to delivery. Travel within the US is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services technology in the US.
• Proven track record of leading architecture-driven fintech/payments engagements end-to-end.
• Hands-on understanding of fintech platforms including mobile money, digital payments, wallet infrastructure, API design & management, microservices, cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Lead as the technical authority in customer engagements, positioning Ericsson Mobile Financial Services capabilities.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, digital wallets, payments, APIs, and financial inclusion use cases.
• Design integration and systems architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability for US financial services.
• Build compelling solution narratives linking deep technical capability to business value for engineering and executives.
• Produce high-quality technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses with clear differentiation.
• Guide handovers to delivery with sales, product and implementation teams.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends and feed insights into solution strategy.
• Build reusable technical assets like reference architectures and demo environments; mentor teammates.
