Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks a Senior Presales Solution Architect in the United States. You will own the technical presales lifecycle, design scalable fintech solutions, and articulate complex architectures to executives and engineering teams. Travel as required and collaborate with global product teams.

You will lead architecture-driven engagements, craft compelling technical narratives, and build reusable assets to elevate the presales capability across the US fintech landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical fintech roles in the US.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven engagements in fintech or payments.
• Hands-on fintech platforms knowledge: mobile money, wallets, API design, microservices, cloud architectures.
• Strong foundations in payments: security, data integration, scalability, resilience.
• Ability to translate deep tech into executive-facing business value.
• Excellent design, writing, presentation, and RFP response skills.
• Customer-first mindset with strong stakeholder trust building.
• Ability to work independently in a US-based role within a global org.
• Existing network in the US fintech market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech architectures.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments and APIs.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, interoperability.
• Create compelling narratives connecting tech capability to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses differentiating us.
• Coordinate handovers to delivery with sales, product and implementation teams.
• Track US fintech trends and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
• Build reusable technical assets and best-practice documentation.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales architectural depth.
