Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical fintech roles in US.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven fintech engagements.
• Hands-on fintech platform knowledge: mobile money, digital payments, wallet infra, API design, microservices, cloud.
• Strong knowledge of payments fundamentals: security, processing, data integration, scalability, resilience.
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts to executive business value.
• Excellent design, writing, presentations, and RFP response skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently in a US-based role and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as the lead technical authority in customer engagements for complex fintech environments.
• Architect tailored, scalable fintech solutions spanning mobile money, wallets, payments, APIs, and microservices.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability.
• Build narratives linking technical capability to measurable business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce technical proposals, solution blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Drive handovers to delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible implementations.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape.
• Build reusable technical assets and reference architectures for the team.
• Mentor colleagues and support partner-led engagements.
