Job summary

Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks a Senior Presales Solution Architect to lead technical engagements in the US fintech market. You’ll translate complex architectures into winning solutions across mobile money, wallets, and payment platforms, partnering with customers and internal teams to win business.

You will own end-to-end presales, design scalable integration patterns, and produce compelling technical proposals while mentoring peers and staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or other technical fintech roles in the US.
• Proven leadership of architecture-driven fintech engagements end to end.
• Hands-on fintech platforms knowledge: mobile money, digital wallets, APIs, microservices.
• Strong knowledge of payments: processing, security, data integration, scalability.
• Ability to translate deep tech into business value for execs.
• Excellent design, writing, presentation, and RFP response skills.
• Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with stakeholder credibility.
• Ability to work independently in a US-based role with global teams.
• Existing US fintech network is a plus.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical presales: discovery, design, demos, and proposals.
• Lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech solutions.
• Architect tailored solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments, API ecosystems.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability.
• Create narratives linking technical capability to business value.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Coordinate handovers to delivery with sales, product, and implementation.
• Track US fintech trends and feed insights into solution strategy.
• Build reusable assets: reference architectures, demos, patterns.
• Mentor peers and uplift presales and partner engagements.
