Ericsson is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect to join our US-based team. This remote role requires a deep, hands-on fintech architectural background and the ability to translate complex technical designs into winning solutions for mobile money, wallets, and payment platforms.

You will lead technical presales engagements, design scalable architectures, and drive high-quality proposals while staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services in the US.
• Proven track record of leading architecture-driven fintech engagements end to end.
• Hands-on understanding of fintech platforms: mobile money, digital payments, wallet infrastructure, APIs, microservices, cloud.
• Strong knowledge of payments security, data integration, scalability, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to live demos and executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements, aligning Ericsson capabilities with customer needs.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, wallets, payments, and API ecosystems.
• Design integration patterns addressing security, compliance, and interoperability for US financial services.
• Create compelling solution narratives linking technical depth to business value for engineers and executives.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses differentiating us on merit and value.
• Enable smooth handovers to delivery with cross-functional collaboration.
• Track US fintech trends and regulatory shifts to inform solution strategy.
• Build reusable assets like reference architectures and demo environments.
• Mentor colleagues to grow presales architecture depth.
