Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect to join our US team. You will own the technical presales lifecycle, design scalable fintech solutions, and act as the trusted technical authority in customer engagements across mobile money, digital wallets, and payments.

You will articulate architectural patterns, craft compelling proposals, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure what is sold can be built at scale. This is a remote US-based role with travel requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of leading architecture-driven engagements in fintech or payments.
• Hands-on understanding of fintech platforms, including mobile money, digital wallets, API ecosystems, microservices, and cloud-based services architectures.
• Fluency in payments fundamentals: transaction processing, security, data integration, scalability, resilience.
• Ability to move between deep technical explorations and executive storytelling to show business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to live demos and executive presentations.
• Act as the lead technical authority in customer engagements and position Ericsson Mobile Financial Services as the right architectural fit.
• Architect tailored solutions spanning mobile money, digital wallets, payments, and API ecosystems.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability for US financial services.
• Build compelling narratives linking technical capability to business outcomes for engineers and executives.
