Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Senior Project Manager, EPMO to drive large, concurrent projects across the organization. You will influence governance, develop business cases, analyze benefits, and lead change requests with a focus on delivering on schedule, scope, and budget.

The role requires experience in healthcare IT projects, strong PM methodology knowledge (Waterfall and Agile), and leadership to mentor peers. This position is remote with compensation aligned to US market norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience required.
• Certification in project methodology or Agile preferred (e.g. Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP).
• 5 years’ experience in enterprise projects from initiation to implementation including IT and data elements if PM certified, or 7 years if not PM certified.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• Core software applications including Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint required.
• Project tracking tools MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets required.
• 3 years healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry practices and HIPAA knowledge required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with resource interdependencies, acting as project owner across all phases.
• Document and manage activities, decisions, risks, and dependencies to keep projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Prepare project schedules with milestones for oversight and control of all activities.
• Maintain budget, forecast, and spend analyses with leadership input on spend decisions.
• Document key decisions and analyze impacts across the enterprise portfolio.
• Conduct project communication planning and provide updates to teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions meeting project requirements and ensure testing across delivery.
• Review strategic approach and adjust across the portfolio to achieve optimal performance.
• Mentor project managers and Navitus leaders in PM methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
• Other duties as assigned.
