Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager, EPMO to lead multiple complex enterprise projects across IT and healthcare data domains, reporting to the EPMO. You will oversee scope, schedule and budgets, identify risks, and guide governance through change control and business case development.

This role requires strong leadership, experience with Waterfall and Agile, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience required.
• Certification in project methodology or Agile preferred (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP).
• 5–7 years’ enterprise project experience including IT and data elements; 7 years if not PMP/PgMP certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies; act as project owner in all phases.
• Document, track, and mitigate risks; manage scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Prepare schedules with major milestones and oversee project activities from initiation to completion.
• Manage budgets: validation, tracking, spend reporting, forecasting, and governance approvals.
• Document key decisions and analyze impact across the portfolio; resolve conflicts.
• Conduct project communications planning and provide updates to teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions; ensure testing and issue mitigation.
• Regularly review strategic approach and drive improvements; mentor other PMs and leaders.
