Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager, EPMO to lead multiple large-scale projects across the organization. You will collaborate with SLT and EPMO governance, identify risks, and drive value through efficient delivery.

Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications, while mentoring junior PMs and applying PM methodologies to optimize performance. Remote-friendly role with strong healthcare domain focus.

Qualificações

• 5 years’ enterprise projects from initiation to implementation that include IT and data elements if project management certified or 7 years if not project management certified.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• 3 years healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry practices and HIPAA knowledge required.
• Certification in project methodology or Agile certification (e.g. Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple complex projects with complex resource interdependencies concurrently and act as the project owner in all phases.
• Document and manage activities, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and risk mitigation plans to complete projects on time, within scope and budgets.
• Prepare project schedules with milestones for overseeing, controlling, and communicating all activities required to complete projects.
• Establish and maintain budget; track spend, forecast, and analyze budget to actuals for leadership decisions.
• Document key decisions and ensure communication across stakeholders across the enterprise portfolio.
• Conduct project communication planning and provide updates to team, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions and ensure testing throughout delivery to mitigate issues.
• Regularly review strategy and project performance to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Mentor project managers and Navitus leaders in PM methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
