Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to lead multi‑project initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with leadership to develop business cases, analyze cost benefits, and drive governance through EPMO processes to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

You will mentor teams in PM methodologies, apply both Waterfall and Agile practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize outcomes and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or healthcare-related experience.
• PM certification or Agile cert preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-PBA).
• 5+ years in enterprise projects with IT/data elements if certified; 7+ years if not.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• Proficiency with Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Project, ADO, Smartsheets, PPM Pro.
• 3+ years in healthcare or pharmacy benefits with HIPAA knowledge.
• Adherence to compliance objectives and collaborative work style.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies and act as project owner.
• Document activities, dependencies, decisions, and risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare schedules and identify major milestones for oversight.
• Maintain budgets, track spend, forecast, and provide spend analyses.
• Document key decisions and communicate across stakeholders.
• Conduct project communications planning and updates for teams.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions and ensure testing.
• Review strategic approach to improve performance and outcomes.
• Mentor other project managers and Navitus leaders in PM practices.
