Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to lead large, concurrent enterprise projects across the organization, guiding them from business case through governance. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensure risk mitigation, and drive value with proven PM practices.

In this role you’ll mentor project managers, collaborate with SLT and EPMO, and apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact initiatives in a healthcare setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience required.
• 5 years’ enterprise project experience (7 years if not PM certified) including IT and data elements.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• Core software applications including Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint required.
• Project tracking tools MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets required.

Mansioni

• Lead multiple complex enterprise projects with interdependencies across the organization.
• Document activities, assumptions, risks, decisions, and budgets to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Prepare schedules with milestones and oversee execution and communication.
• Establish budgets, track spend, forecast, and analyze variances with leadership.
• Mentor project managers and apply PM methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
