Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to lead and coordinate large, concurrent projects across the organization. You will plan, develop and execute programs aligned with governance priorities, manage risks, budgets, and benefits, and drive timely delivery with cross‑functional teams.

You will mentor other project managers, apply best practices in Waterfall and Agile, and collaborate with leadership to optimize portfolio performance in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience required.
• Certification in project methodology or Agile preferred (e.g., PMP, PMI).
• 5–7 years of enterprise IT/data project experience; healthcare preferred.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• Strong proficiency with Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets.
• HIPAA knowledge and healthcare industry practices expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies, acting as project owner.
• Document activities, dependencies, decisions, risks, and budget plans.
• Create schedules with milestones; oversee timelines and scope.
• Manage budgets, forecast spend, and provide cost-benefit analysis.
• Communicate decisions and progress to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Design solutions with SMEs and ensure testing throughout delivery.
• Provide leadership in program, project, and change management.
• Mentor junior project managers and Navitus leaders.
• Adhere to and promote project management methodologies.
