Zusammenfassung

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager, EPMO to join our team in the US. You will lead multiple complex projects across the enterprise, collaborating with senior leaders to plan, develop and execute initiatives with emphasis on scope, schedule and budget adherence.

You will identify risks, facilitate governance processes, and provide cost-benefit analyses to support decisions. Remote work is available for certain states as described by policy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, CAPM) preferred.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT/data projects; 7+ years if not PM-certified.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• Software tools for project tracking (MS Project, ADO, Smartsheets) are essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependent resources and act as project owner through all phases.
• Document activities, dependencies, assumptions, decisions, and risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare schedules with major milestones and manage scope, timeline and budget.
• Maintain budget forecasts and provide spend analysis and approvals.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions and ensure proper testing throughout delivery.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices in PM methodologies.
