Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to lead and deliver large, simultaneous projects across the organization with governance oversight from the SLT and EPMO. You will identify risks to scope, schedule and budget and drive change requests with thorough analysis.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, dependencies, and communications; mentoring other project managers and applying Waterfall and Agile methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
• PM methodology certification (Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP) preferred.
• 5+ years leading enterprise IT/data projects; 7+ if not PMI-certified.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• Proficient with Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets.
• 3 years in healthcare/pharmacy benefits and HIPAA knowledge.
• Compliance program participation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional communication and respectful teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies; act as project owner.
• Document activities, assumptions, risks, decisions, and mitigations.
• Create schedules with major milestones; oversee budgeting and cost control.
• Maintain budget forecasts; analyze spend and drive budget decisions.
• Capture key decisions and assess cross-enterprise impact.
• Plan communications; lead project teams; provide stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions and ensure testing.
• Review strategy and adjust to optimize performance.
• Mentor other project managers on PM methodologies and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
