Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to lead and coordinate large, complex projects across the organization in alignment with portfolio governance.

The role emphasizes proactive risk identification, cost management, and timely delivery with strong collaboration from leadership and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, stakeholder communications, and change control while mentoring others in PM methodologies including Waterfall and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience required.
• 5 years enterprise projects incl IT and data if certified; 7 years if not project management certified.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• 3 years healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry practices and HIPAA knowledge required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies concurrently.
• Document activities, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and risk mitigation plans to complete projects on time, within scope and budgets.
• Prepare project schedules with major milestones for overseeing, controlling, and managing activities.
• Establish and maintain budgets; track spend with approvals and provide forecasts.
• Document key decisions and analyze impact across the enterprise portfolio.
• Conduct project communication planning and provide updates to teams and sponsors.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions and ensure testing throughout delivery.
• Mentor project managers and leaders on PM methodologies and best practices.
