Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Project Manager, EPMO to lead large, complex projects across the organization. The role focuses on scope, timeline, and budget management, risk mitigation, and governance approvals. You will partner with leadership to develop business cases and ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes.

You will mentor PMs and drive best practices in both Agile and Waterfall delivery, coordinating with SLT and EPMO governance to maximize return on benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
• Certification in project management or Agile (PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, etc.) preferred.
• 5+ years leading enterprise IT/data projects; 7 years if no PM cert.
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies required.
• Proficiency with Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Project, ADO, PPM Pro, Smartsheets.
• 3 years healthcare or pharmacy benefits domain and HIPAA knowledge.
• Participate in compliance objectives and maintain professional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects with interdependencies concurrently.
• Document and manage activities, dependencies, decisions, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare project schedules with major milestones for governance and delivery.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and spend approvals with leadership.
• Communicate decisions across stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design solutions and ensure testing throughout delivery.
• Mentor project managers and leaders in PM methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
