Grafana Labs, a fully remote company, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineering professional to support pre-sales across the US market. You will educate potential and existing customers, demonstrate Grafana value, and work with Sales to close opportunities.

Candidates should have 5+ years in technical pre-sales with Open Source or monitoring experience and strong communication skills for a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• We are a remote-first company so you would need to learn to work and collaborate with an international team.
• First class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high growth team solving technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close opportunities with technical credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on needs learned during customer interactions.
• Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, and public/internal enablement material.
