Job summary

Grafana Labs, the company behind Grafana Cloud, seeks an experienced Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will educate potential and existing customers through demos, hands-on enablement, and technical evaluations, partnering with Sales to qualify and close opportunities.

You’ll own technical engagements, deliver product presentations, and contribute to enablement content while collaborating with an international team to scale Grafana's observability platform globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership in a startup environment.
• Remote-first work readiness for global collaboration.
• Excellent written and oral communication to engage customers.
• Passion for solving technical challenges and creative solutions.
• Technical mindset with willingness to grow technically.
• Self-motivated, initiative-taking, and imaginative.

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high growth team solving technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagements and help close high-velocity opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and competition.
• Drive product conversations based on customer insights.
• Contribute to documentation, blogs, videos, KBs and enablement materials.
