Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join a remote-first, global team. You will educate customers through demos, enablement, and technical evaluations, while partnering with Sales to close opportunities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical pre-sales, strong communication, and a passion for Open Source and observability.

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, preferably in Open Source or Metrics/Monitoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Startup-fast environment requires strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
• Remote-first culture requires ability to collaborate across international teams.
• Growth mindset, creative problem solving, and willingness to learn new tech.

Responsabilités

• Join as an early member of a high growth team and tackle technical/customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement and help close high-velocity opportunities with credibility and expertise.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate feedback on products and competitive landscape to teams.
• Drive product conversations from customer needs identified during interactions.
• Contribute to enablement materials, blog posts, and knowledge base updates.
