Grafana Labs is a remote‑first technology startup built around open source values. We seek an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to educate customers, deliver demos, and collaborate with our Sales team to qualify and close opportunities.

You will own the technical engagement, present Grafana's product and technical advantages, and work with an international team to drive customer success. This role supports professional growth in a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre‑sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work with an international remote team

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high growth team solving technical and customer problems the right way
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close high‑velocity opportunities with knowledge and credibility
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide a feedback loop on our products and the competitive landscape
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs learned during interactions
• Create enablement content and contribute to documentation, blogs, and videos
