The role requires 5+ years in technical pre‑sales, with preference for Open Source or Metrics/Monitoring experience, and strong communication skills for a global customer base.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical pre‑sales experience.
• Experience with Open Source technologies or in Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Join as an early member of a high‑growth team solving technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagement with customers and help close opportunities with credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate feedback to internal teams on products and competition.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs learned during engagement.
• Help create enablement content and contribute knowledge base materials.
