Job summary

Worksoft Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to act as the senior technical advisor, leading complex technical sales cycles and developing winning strategies for enterprise customers and partners.

You will solicit business requirements, map them to Worksoft solutions, and differentiate our offerings in competitive environments. The role requires extensive demonstration experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex product information and ROI to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering selling enterprise software solutions.
• Proven track record of revenue achievement in complex B2B software sales.
• Strong technical foundation with extensive test automation or enterprise application experience.
• Enterprise experience with deals $500k+ ACV is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discoveries and deliver compelling demonstrations, presentations, and technical conversations to audiences from end users to C-level executives.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with enterprise prospects and partner ecosystem, articulating Worksoft's value proposition and capabilities.
• Build and maintain strategic technical and business relationships within customers and partners.
