Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. seeks a Senior AE – Enterprise to drive data, analytics, and AI adoption across Fortune 1000 organizations.

You will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close and ongoing account expansion, collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver successful customer outcomes. The role focuses on developing a robust regional pipeline, attaining revenue targets, and expanding both new and existing Fortune 1000 accounts while aligning with channel ecosystems

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing large accounts and delivering net new business in enterprise software sales.
Background selling data, analytics, AI, or integration platforms.
Proven success closing complex, high‑value deals and exceeding quota.
Strong territory planning and pipeline execution skills across direct and partner channels.
Established relationships within Fortune 1000 enterprises and partner ecosystems.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong regional opportunity pipeline.
Drive consistent revenue attainment aligned with growth goals.
Acquire new enterprise customers while expanding existing Fortune 1000 accounts across a large region.
Partner with channel and ecosystem stakeholders to advance and close deals.

Align complex customer needs with data, analytics, and AI solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Represent the organization at targeted enterprise and industry events.
