Job summary
Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Senior AE – Enterprise to accelerate data, analytics, and AI adoption across Fortune 1000 accounts in the Western US. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to close, and drive expansion with partner ecosystems.
This role requires deep enterprise software sales expertise, strong relationship networks, and the ability to align complex customer needs with data and AI solutions for long‑term success.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Experience selling data, analytics, AI, or integration platforms.
- Proven record of closing complex deals and exceeding quota.
- Strong territory planning and pipeline execution.
- Relationships within Fortune 1000 and partner ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong regional opportunity pipeline.
- Drive consistent revenue attainment aligned with growth goals.
- Acquire new enterprise customers while expanding existing Fortune 1000 accounts across a large region.
- Partner with channel and ecosystem stakeholders to advance and close deals.
- Lead negotiations and manage opportunities from initial outreach through close.
- Align complex customer needs with data, analytics, and AI solutions to ensure long‑term satisfaction.
- Represent the organization at targeted enterprise and industry events.
