Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Senior AE – Enterprise to drive data, analytics, and AI adoption across Fortune 1000 accounts. You will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close and ongoing expansion, collaborating with internal teams and partner ecosystems to ensure superior customer outcomes.

In this role, you will develop a robust regional pipeline, exceed revenue targets, expand major accounts, and lead negotiations. Travel as needed to engage enterprise customers and events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
• Background selling data, analytics, AI, or integration platforms
• Proven success closing high‑value deals and exceeding quota
• Strong territory planning and pipeline execution across direct and partner channels
• Established relationships within Fortune 1000 enterprises and partner ecosystems
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Willingness to travel as needed
