Job summary

Turnitin, LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical, customer-facing expert across the sales cycle. You will lead product overviews, demos, and technical discussions with higher and secondary education customers, translating complex requirements into compelling business value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to support RFP/RFI processes, guide product launches, and drive revenue growth in a remote-first environment that serves global time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to executive, academic, and technical audiences.
• High level of intellectual curiosity and a desire to work through complex problems.
• Experience with LMS, LTI standards, and REST APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer facing technical SME for Turnitin's Integrity and Assessment products across all sales cycles.
• Present tailored product overviews and technical demos to higher education and secondary education customers.
• Assist in the RFP/RFI process by advising on technical, integration, and product questions.
• Manage client trials, pilots, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) with clear evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams.
