Job summary

Turnitin is a global education company seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales in the pre-sales cycle. You will serve as a technical product expert across Integrity and Assessment offerings, guiding customers through demos, product overviews, and technical inquiries.

You’ll lead or support RFPs, build compelling business cases, manage trials and POCs, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams to drive revenue and customer success on a remote-first, globally

Qualifications

7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS.
Strong consultative selling and presentation skills to executive, academic, and technical audiences.
High curiosity and ability to solve complex problems.
Flexible, customer-focused approach for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

Act as a customer-facing technical expert across sales cycles.
Deliver tailored product overviews and demos for higher education and secondary education customers.
Assist in RFP/RFI processes and technical inquiries.
Build business cases and value-focused presentations to influence buying decisions.
Manage client trials, pilots, and proofs of concept with clear criteria.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
