Job summary

Turnitin, LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive pre-sales activities across the eastern or central time zones in a USA remote setting. You will serve as a strategic technical partner, delivering product overviews, demos, and business value cases to higher education and secondary education customers.

You will lead client trials and proofs of concept, assist with RFP responses, and collaborate with product, marketing, and sales enablement teams to align solutions with customer needs

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales in EdTech or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives, academics, and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer facing technical expert across sales cycles for Turnitin's Integrity and Assessment products.
• Deliver tailored product overviews and demos to higher education and secondary education customers.
• Collaborate with sales to resolve technical inquiries and advise on RFP/RFI questions.
