Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a customer-facing technical expert across the sales cycle. You will deliver product demonstrations, assess customer needs, and craft technical responses to RFPs while working with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

You will guide pilots and Proofs of Concept, align product capabilities with client pain points, and contribute to strategic deal strategies in a global, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong consultative selling and presentation capabilities to executives and academic audiences.
• Curiosity and agile problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer-facing technical expert across sales cycles for Turnitin's products.
• Lead or assist product overviews, demos, and workflow discussions with educators and administrators.
• Support RFPs with technical, integration, and product questions, helping to shape deals.
• Build business value and ROI presentations aligned to client pain points and goals.
• Manage client trials, pilots, and proofs of concept with clear evaluation criteria.
