Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong consultative selling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to executives, educators, and technical teams.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with a flexible, collaborative approach.
• Experience coordinating across global time zones for One Team initiatives.
• Familiarity with LMS, LTI standards, and REST APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support customer meetings with product overviews and demos.
• Assist with product launches, RFPs, and technical inquiries.
• Develop business cases and value-focused presentations to drive revenue.
• Manage customer trials and proofs of concept with clear success criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to capture feedback.
• Provide technical discovery across stakeholder groups to inform future state workflows.
