Job summary

Turnitin is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be a strategic advisor during the sales cycle, providing technical expertise and driving revenue growth for higher and secondary education customers.

You will lead product demonstrations, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to shape compelling business cases and technical proof points.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for executives and technical audiences.
• Experience managing technical evaluations, PoCs, and RFP responses in long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing technical expert across sales cycles for Turnitin's products.
• Deliver tailored product demos and technical overviews to higher and secondary education customers.
• Lead or assist with customer meetings, respond to RFPs, and support product launches and integrations.
