Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking an Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst to support our growing organization. This full-time remote role focuses on developing baselines, analyzing performance, and guiding program teams through PPM tools and DoD‑style processes.

The position requires a BA/BS and 8+ years in technical or government contracting environments, with expertise in EVMS, EAC, and scheduling software. Remote work is available full-time, with collaboration across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Serve as SME in guidance and mentoring of program teams in PPM tools and processes.
• Lead time‑phased budget development integrated with IMS to meet objectives.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules data into program data.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
