Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks an experienced Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst to support a rapidly growing organization. This full-time remote role focuses on leading cost and schedule baselines, analyzing performance, and mentoring teams in PPM practices.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in technical, business, military or government contractor environments, with expertise in EVMS, PM tools, and DoD scheduling. A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive).
• Monitor the Estimate at Complete and report to leadership.
• Mentor PM teams in PPM tools and processes.
• Develop time-phased budget integrated with the IMS.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost data into program data.
• Perform advanced analysis in EAC, MRM, risk and opportunity management.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
