Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst to support a rapidly growing organization. This position is eligible for full-time remote.

The candidate will lead development of baselines and analyze performance, mentoring teams in EVMS/PPM tools and processes. Required are a BA/BS and 8+ years in technical/government environments; strong scheduling and cost-management skills; and ability to work across multiple locations with leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• DoD/EVM background and program management experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance and monitor EAC; review results with program teams.
• Mentor PMs on PPM tools and processes as SME.
• Develop detailed IMP and IMS; integrate cost and schedule data.
• Apply health checks, resource loading, critical path and risk analyses.
