Saab, Inc. is seeking an Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst (Program Performance Management Analyst) to support our rapidly growing organization.

This role offers full-time remote work and requires expertise in MS Project with a proven track record in managing complex schedules and collaborating with stakeholders to drive program execution. The candidate will lead cost and schedule baselines, perform performance analysis, and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC with recommendations to program teams.
• Mentor program teams in PPM tools and processes as SME.
• Develop time-phased budget integrated with IMS to meet objectives.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
